Was formed in 2005 by Chris Martinez, effect69 consists of many different members from time to time... collaborations with other artist's and producers.

Chris "Dirty Martini" Martinez / Artist / Producer / DJ
Born into a family of musicians chris learned to play the saxophone at age 8. After picking up the guitar at age 10 and going to see the rock group KISS he knew that he was done for.... music is a part of his life. Live performance's have always been at the core of the music, seeing the band Skinny Puppy at 16, theatrics was something he wanted to incorporate. Being influenced by every musical genera from early 50's rock to Jazz and Blues, 80's to 90's house music and the Rave scene. effect69 is the creation of hours and hours of playing with musical instruments and computers. You can hear the influences from the "YES" remix of "Roundabout" to the remix of Peter Gabriel's "Shock The Monkey" to the 80's "Vince Clark" Yaz "Bring Your Love Down". Chris is also a DJ spinning his favorite select flavors of UK HardHouse & Hard Trance, from Producers Paul Glazby, Knucleheadz, Jon Bishop, Andy Farley and BK... known as DJ C-Note in RL and DJ Sirhc in SL catch one of his DJ set's and your sure to enjoy. =)
